A good index is an essential component of an academic book. In addition to helping to easily locate content, an index provides valuable information to determine whether a book contains content a prospective buyer requires. Therefore, it is important to have an accurate index that reflects the breadth and depth of the material covered in your book.
Creating Indexes (print titles):
According to your preference, Glassleaf will create the following index types: Name Index, Simple Subject Index, Combined Name and Simple Subject Index, and Complex Index. All Glassleaf indexers are highly experienced in all indexing types.
Copy Editing Author-Provided Indexes:
Glassleaf provides copy editing for errors in alphabetization, entrance page number ordering, indentations of sub-entries, and typos. This service is provided for each index type: Name Index, Simple Subject Index, Combined Name and Basic Subject Index, and Complex Index.
